About Us

Attorney Thomas Stufano

Attorney Thomas Stufano has a breadth of experiences that give him a unique perspective in the field of personal injury litigation. It is this perspective that ultimately works to the advantage of his clients.

Thomas was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. He attended Concordia College in Bronxville, New York and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014. Thereafter, Thomas attended Touro Law School in Long Island, NY where he graduated Cum Laude in 2018. While in law school, he was a member of the Touro Law Review and authored an article that was published in 2018. He was also a Research Assistant for Professor Meredith Miller, and was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable James P. McCormack of the Supreme Court, Nassau County.

Thomas was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2019. He began his career as an Associate Attorney at a litigation defense firm defending commercial and personal automobile negligence claims. He understands how insurance companies value and defend claims, and has invaluable insight into their decision-making process. After leaving the defense side, Thomas worked at a boutique personal injury law firm in Westchester County, New York, representing those who were seriously injured by other’s negligence.

Attorney Stufano has always been interested in fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves. He was inspired, in part, to focus his passion for helping others in the field of personal injury law when he saw first-hand how ruthless insurance companies could be when defending personal injury claims after his father was seriously injured through the negligence of another. It was in January of 2022 that Stufano Law, PLLC was officially founded.
